Artificial Artificial Imaginations: Some provocations on curating 21st Century photography 

How is the photographic image to be valued, preserved and interpreted in a post-digital age? This public conversation will address the implications of curating photography at a time when digital images are increasingly fugitive, ubiquitous and sustained by computational platforms. After a presentation of a series of case studies, Mario Santamaria and Jara Rocha will join Katrina Sluis in a discussion to consider the implications and potential of curating in an age of computational imaging.
